- Augment India I Holdings sold 85,02,537 shares of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, about 7.25% of the company, through two bulk deals on NSE on Monday, at ₹1,288.40 and ₹1,289.01 a share. The total was about ₹1,096 crore.
- Buyers included HSBC India Infrastructure Equity Mother Fund (7.88 lakh shares), ICICI Prudential Life Insurance (11.15 lakh shares) and Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I (7.19 lakh shares). Together they bought about 2.24%.
- Augment held 9.50% of Clean Max at the end of June, according to The Economic Times.
